Q: Is set up time complimentary? If so, how many hours ahead will you need access to the venue?

A: Yes, set up is included in every package. We will arrive 1.5 -2 hours prior to ceremony action time or event start time.


Q: Do you provide coolers?

A: Yes


Q: What size coolers do you provide?

A: 160-Qt and or 60-Qt. Igloo coolers


Q: Will you ice the beer down when you arrive to set up the bar?

A: Yes


Q: Will the beer be cold enough to serve in time for after the ceremony once you get it on ice after your arrival?

A: Yes, beer stacked in our coolers and submerged in ice only requires 30 minutes to chill. They will be cold in plenty of time!


Q: What size cups do you supply?

A: For wine, champagne and cocktails we use clear plastic 9oz cups. For beer from a keg we use 12oz cups.


Q: How many cups of beer can we get out of our quarter-barrels and half-barrels of kegs?

A: 1/2-barrel keg = 165 (12oz) cups of beer.

     1/4-barrel slim keg = 82 (12oz) cups of beer.

     1/6-barrel slim keg = 55 (12oz) cups of beer.

     1/4-barrel short keg = 82 (12oz) cups of beer.


Q: Do you provide the keg taps and the container(s) to ice them in?

A: We will provide the keg taps, but we will not provide the containers to hold them in or the ice to chill them.


Q: What kind of keg taps do you provide?

A: We provide a 8-inch heavy duty complete D-system beer pump keg tap.


Q: About how many glasses of wine can I get out of a 750ml bottle of wine?

A: About (4-5) 6oz glasses per bottle


Q: How much beer/wine/liquor/soda/water do I buy?

we have found this calculator to be very helpful and accurate for most events. Keep in mind that you will take the total for each category that it gives you and divide that number among your various options for that category to know how many cases to buy for each of your options.


Q: When our event is completed, will your staff be assisting with bar clean up?

A: Yes, clean-up is included in every package. The bartenders will pack up left over alcohol for transport once the bar is closed.


Q: Are all of your bartenders licensed and insured?

A: Yes, all of our bartenders on staff are licensed by the state of Oklahoma to serve alcohol. Whiskey Sisters Bartending is insured with liquor liability insurance and general liability insurance up to 2 million dollars through the Food Liability Insurance Program (FLIP). 


Q: Who is eligible for the community hero’s discount?

A: Teachers, Military personal, EMT/Paramedic, Firefighters, Police, Therapist, & Nurses.


Q: How much Ice would you recommend?

A: This will depend on your package and the size of your event. A safe rule is no less than 160lbs for bar use only.


Q: How many frozen cocktails can be made with your duel sided frozen drink machine?

A: Approximately 50 cocktails per side which makes for a total of 100 frozen cocktails.


Q: Do I have to provide anything when renting your frozen drink machine?

A: Yes, you must provide a 1.75 litter bottle of the corresponding alcohol for your choice of cocktail *per side*.


Q: How many bottles of beer can you fit inside 1 of your 160qt cooler at once?

A: We can fit approximately 144 (standard size/shape) bottles of beer inside 1 of our 160qt coolers.


Q: How many cans of beer can you fit inside 1 of your 160qt cooler at once?

A: We can fit approximately 270 (standard size/shape) cans of beer inside 1 of our 160qt coolers.
